Terms of use

Rules for using the Tuta Care website, software and CRM. Operator: Tutacare MB. Contact: hello@tutacare.com.

Last updated:

1. Scope and agreements

These terms describe the permitted use of tutacare.com and Tuta Care services provided by Tutacare MB. Where you accept them as part of an account or service agreement, they form part of that agreement. A separate signed service, licence or data-processing agreement takes priority in case of conflict. Publishing these terms does not by itself replace an existing agreement. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

2. Permitted use

Subject to your agreement and permissions, you may use the service for your organisation’s authorised operations. Access is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Keep credentials secure, use only authorised accounts, and notify hello@tutacare.com of suspected misuse. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority and an appropriate legal basis for the information you upload and the communications you send.

3. Ownership, copying and reverse engineering

Tuta Care software, source and object code, original interface elements, documentation, branding and other protected materials belong to Tutacare MB or their respective licensors. Except with prior written permission or where mandatory law permits, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from protected software or materials; remove ownership notices; bypass licence or access controls; or reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to reconstruct non-public source code or protected implementation details. Unauthorised attempts to do these things are also prohibited. These restrictions do not override non-waivable rights, including applicable rights to necessary backup copies, lawful observation or testing, or decompilation for interoperability under EU law. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licences. You retain rights in your own data and may use authorised export functions; this clause does not transfer those rights to us.

4. Acceptable conduct

Do not access another person’s data without permission, introduce malicious code, overload or disrupt the service, circumvent security controls, or use the service for unlawful communications or activities. Security testing that could affect systems or other users requires prior written authorisation, except where law provides otherwise. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to hello@tutacare.com without disclosing personal data unnecessarily.

5. Email, Google and other integrations

You choose whether to connect third-party accounts and must be authorised to do so. Their providers’ terms and availability also apply. Google sign-in can connect your own calendar after you grant permission. Synchronised date changes and deletions can affect linked CRM dates. Check the destination calendar and assignee before enabling synchronisation. Disconnecting stops future sync but does not erase existing events or CRM records. Email templates, drafts and recipients should be reviewed before sending; you remain responsible for the messages sent from your account.

6. Customer information and confidentiality

Your organisation retains its rights in information it supplies. We may process it as necessary to provide, secure and support the agreed service and as described in the Privacy policy and applicable data-processing agreement. Access permissions, exports and deletion requests must respect the organisation’s obligations and the rights of other people. Do not upload data that you are not entitled to provide.

7. Service operation and professional responsibilities

We may maintain or update the service. Availability, support and commercial commitments are defined in your service agreement; no uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised by this website. Integrations may be delayed or interrupted by third-party services, withdrawn permissions or network problems. Users should check pending and error states and maintain the continuity procedures appropriate to their work. Tuta Care supports administration and record-keeping; it does not replace professional judgement, emergency procedures or the care organisation’s legal responsibilities.

8. Suspension, termination and liability

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security incidents or material breach, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Data access, return and deletion after termination follow the service/data-processing agreement and applicable retention duties. Liability and remedies are governed by the applicable agreement and law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, subject to mandatory protections and applicable jurisdiction rules. Please contact hello@tutacare.com first to seek resolution of a dispute. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law remain available. We may update these terms and will provide notice and obtain acceptance where the agreement or law requires it. The English and Lithuanian versions are intended to have the same meaning; neither overrides mandatory law. Operator: Tutacare MB; contact: hello@tutacare.com.
